This Client Agreement governs the professional relationship between MarGhan Details ("Company") and you ("Client"). By scheduling, confirming, or receiving any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this agreement.
By booking a service, you authorize MarGhan Details personnel to access, handle, and perform detailing or cleaning work on your vehicle, vessel, recreational vehicle, or property as specified in your booking.
You confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized representative of the property being serviced, and that you have the right to grant such authorization.
You agree to inform MarGhan Details of any known pre-existing damage, paint defects, rust, bodywork, aftermarket modifications, or special surface treatments prior to service. MarGhan Details will not be held liable for any pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed before work began.
You agree to provide a safe, accessible, and legally permissible location for the service to be performed. This includes adequate space for our team and equipment, and compliance with any HOA rules, permit requirements, or local ordinances.
MarGhan Details reserves the right to decline or stop service if the location or conditions are deemed unsafe, and no refund obligation will arise if the client created those conditions.
MarGhan Details may document the vehicle or surface before and after service for quality assurance and portfolio purposes. By agreeing to this contract, you grant permission for such documentation to be used internally or shared on our website and social media platforms, with personally identifiable information removed. You may opt out by notifying us in writing before service begins.
MarGhan Details will exercise the standard of care of a professional mobile detailing company. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of the affected area, not to exceed the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or conditions that could not have been reasonably identified.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, and approved digital payment methods.
Failure to pay for completed services may result in suspension of future bookings and may be referred to collections.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation in Loudoun County, Virginia, before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
By proceeding with any booking or service, you acknowledge that you have read this Client Agreement in full, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them. This agreement is effective from the date of your first booking and applies to all future services.
