Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us directly by phone at (703) 828-7685 or by email at info@marghandetails.com. Requests submitted through the website booking system are also accepted.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of up to 25% of the estimated service cost to cover travel, preparation, and scheduling loss. This fee will be communicated prior to any charge being processed.

If our technician arrives at the agreed location and is unable to access the vehicle or is turned away without prior notice, the appointment will be treated as a no-show. A no-show fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost may apply.

We offer flexible rescheduling at no additional charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find the next available appointment that fits your schedule.

In the event of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, MarGhan Details may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge to the client. We will provide as much advance notice as possible and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

If a service was paid in advance and cancelled within the allowed window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If a service was completed and the client is dissatisfied with the outcome, we encourage direct communication so we can assess and address the concern. Refunds for completed services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

If any aspect of the service does not meet the standard communicated at booking, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional charge. This does not apply to pre-existing damage, conditions disclosed as limitations prior to service, or normal surface wear.
